L: “Leverage”: We use leverage to get the most out of ourselves (leveraging our own strengths and abilities to achieve more than we ever thought we could), and leveraging the skills and abilities of others (other people’s knowledge, other people’s energy, other people’s successes, other people’s ideas, other people’s contacts, other people’s time, etc); working together with leverage, we achieve greater success than working alone.
A: “Accelerate”: Acting quickly to satisfy the needs of other people can move us to the front of the line of success; always look for the ways to do for and satisfy the key people, team member, and customers in your life.
M: “Multiply”: We multiply ourselves by organizing and working with other people who have skills and abilities that are complementary to our own. We coordinate the work of different people so the total outcome of the team is far greater than the outcome of the individual working alone.
